I’m please to have two artist books on exhibit this month as part of Bound Together III, an exhibit put on by the USM Kate Cheney Chappell ’83 Center for Book Arts at the Portland Public Library in Portland, Maine. From the website:
“There are approximately 50 books in the exhibition, each emphasizing the relationship between content and form. Book formats and binding techniques include accordions, flags, fans, pop-ups, altered books, tunnels, scrolls, Coptic and leaf-stab binding, etc. A wide variety of media include linoleum and gelatin prints, monotypes, digital prints, watercolor and acrylic painting, collage, sewing, handmade papers, stamps, calligraphy, text, wax, glass, wood panel.”
